Just a great fit for a fleeting moment in Florence with great value for money. The host was friendly and quick to help with any questions I had. Be ready for a bit of a workout with the stairs!

Staying at Capri Moon Guest House was good. The room I had was beautifully decorated and immaculate. Franco, the host. Access to the shared living room was lovely, especially with the cute balcony that caught the morning sun. The location couldn't be better. It was right in the heart of Florence. I also noticed the noise from other guests in the shared spaces and some street noise, which could be disruptive at times. Despite that, the comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and the thoughtful touch of having coffee available in the mornings were good. I would definitely consider returning.

The comfortable location and the stylish design were the best things during our stay at Caprimoon.
It was so difficult to find Caprimoon, because it hadnot the sign in the street.

It has perfect location to see a spandrel segmental arch bridge. There are restaurants and bars close to the hotel...

Charming design, comfortable amenities
The bathroom feels cramped, especially during shower time. Found the Wi-Fi access unclear upon arrival. No evidence of a kettle in the room as advertised, and very limited dining options nearby.

Nice large room
You have to climb 72 stairs to get to the hotel level. Its four very high floors. We were exhausted every time we went to the room.

Room was large and clean, and location was fantastic (just a few blocks from Piazza Republica in one direction and the banks of the Arno in the other). Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good.
The Caprimoon was a bit hard to find (no big sign out front, only a sign on the door buzzer). There were lots of stairs, which is mentioned on the website, so just be aware. You only get 1 set of keys to your room - which can be an issue if you are with a group ths splits up - since the downstairs doors lock around midnight and the only way in is to hope somone is awake to buzz you in (if you are not the one with the keys).

Charming design and warm, cute atmosphere.
My experience was completely marred by the severe lack of proper communication. I arrived to find no one at the guest house to greet me, relying solely on SMS to gain access while carrying heavy luggage up three flights of stairs. The tiny bathroom setup was frustrating. The shower flooded and the doorhandle fell off while I was inside. This is unacceptable for a place that claims to offer hospitality.

Nice room, central to museums and shops, staff and breakfast good, helped us when flights cancelled
A bit noisy at night from the street, but this is unavoidable with location

It is nicely decorated, rooms are spacious and it is well located. There is a nice reception area and a good living room where guests can stay when they want to be at the hotel but not in their rooms.
The bedroom and bathroom were separated. To get to the bathroom it was necessary to leave the bedroom. The hotel is located on the last floor of the building and there is no elevator. We only found that out when we got there with our luggage. If I knew that before, I would not have booked the hotel. Maintenance and cleanliness are also not strong points. The tiles in the shower where soiled . There where missing light bulbs at the bathroom and although we where there for three days, even though we asked the owner to fix it, nothing was done about it. The air conditioning needed cleaning and water went of many times during the shower. The internet is a lottery. It works randomly. An unpleasant experience. Not worth the money

The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, with a nice sofa to relax. Location was perfect, just steps away from attractions. Franco was an awesome host, accommodating our schedule and responding quickly to our needs. Plus, the communal coffee facility was a great touch 😊
